'Nisekoi' or in English 'False Love', started off just where it had left in its first season. To just put it out there I would say that the second season was much about the different stories of the different characters rather than the main plot that was on in the first season. Its alright to say that although the anime didn't completely drift off from its course but rather it gave us a account on what was going on in other characters life other than Ichijou Raku, our main protagonist.
Learning about every characters story barring the main protagonist is also something that most people look forward to, but that too comes to a halt when all a anime does is stay on its path and tell the main story. Its obvious that the person watching the anime is also someone who needs a break from the main plot and I personally think that the second season of Nisekoi did just that by giving us a break from all the romantic commotion and also put more effort into what trouble was everyone going through. The anime was personally great as I had expected that maybe it would have lost it sense in direction after watching the first episode but, again to my surprise it did not making it all more the fun to watch. If there was personally a genre that I loved about Nisekoi that the would be that of Comedy because after all is said and done, Nisekoi is a pretty Comedy anime from all different angles and it is that aspect of it that makes me want to watch it even more. The season contains the secrets to the following, Chitoge and her mom, Shuu's love at first sight, Onodera's little sister and her path to find her prince, and lastly that of the different sides of the girls who love Ichijou for what he is to them.
It is pretty obvious that the biggest secret to the whole of Nisekoi is the mystery of whose key will open up Ichijou's locket (pendant) and what is it that is inside of that strange locket. But it is just this big secret that makes us wait for its third season even more, a another season of love, romance, comedy, school life. It may not seem at all but when you do watch the anime doesn't it just make you want to be a character in it as well.
This anime is recommended for every "Romantic-Comedy" anime lover.
