Issei Hyodo, the main male protagonist of the anime, as we all know is a person who wants to become a harem king by becoming a high ranking devil. He is someone who is driven by friendship at the biggest of levels and it is this characteristic of him that makes him unique than the other Red Dragon Emperor from ancient times.

The fourth season of the anime is divided into two main parts, first being the fight with the Hero Clan of the Chaos Brigade with Cao Cao as the head of the event and the second being the long awaited Rating Game with Sairaorg's family. It is both of these events that completes and binds the anime from all angle's. It is at the end of the third season that we hear Ddraig say to Issei that there has been yet another power that has been awakened inside of him and that this is something that is way stronger than "The Juggernaut Drive" and is a power that is more easily controlled, and it is this power that we finally get to see in the fourth season making the season more special and amazing. To further step it up the Passion studio has now also changed the animation level and the end story of the third season where instead of Rias alone saving Issei from his incomplete Juggernaut Drive it is now her breasts and the "Oppai Dragon" song that saved him. To be fair the story has been pretty good up till now and it would be amazing for a fifth season of the anime to release ASAP. It is because of the fact that we see Indra at the end episode of the forth season that makes the need for a fifth season and also because of what he said.
Personally, on a level I feel that the story was to the point and was well carried out but there is just one thing that has been bothering me a lot. And that is the level of animation that is involved in the fourth season. It is nothing that I am opposed to I mean they made the breasts of each girls bigger and that is more than I could wish for as a male but, just the face structure and the feminine beauty that comes with that one look on Rias and the others is something that I will definite miss for sure because it was that face of hers that I was in love with and with the new animation form Passion studio that is something that I will definitely miss for sure. Also the new side of Rias is something that I definitely regret, because to me Rias Gremory was someone who was not shy in public and was someone who was a lot like a girl but only when her duties were second and when she was alone with someone that she adored, it is this new season that makes her a lot of a girl in many instances and it is something that I seriously hate a lot.
