"Don't Judge a book by its cover." That should probably be what this anime is all about. Opening up to a scene at the start one might just think that this is another one of that anime that deals with action and an intense story. However, you can be nothing but far from it.
Depicting to us a story that shows us the life of a kid and an adult on an everyday basis this is an anime that is filled with light and dark humor in each and every episode. From portraying scenes that speak about a bachelor father's trouble with a kid, to his romantic lifestyle to showing the problems that a kid faces when things don't go their way like working a job or even living as a homeless person. Even though the scenes in here may seem light-hearted and humorous all time round, you cannot help but wonder that those are the things that many go through in life. Apart from these feelings that come by from time to time, you can just say that this is an anime which helps take a load off your mind by just showing the everyday lifestyle of many individuals that cross path with each other and how they tackle their problems. The fun part about it all is that there is no seriousness from start to finish so even in the end it just leaves us with a smile on our face hoping to see the 2nd Season of it soon.
Even on the technical aspect of the anime, the animation comes around to be a great fit for it, as it's neither too high nor too low, making it just perfect to watch the anime in a go. The anime kind of has a similar reference to "Sakamoto Desu Ga?" with how there are multiple storylines in each episode with only the main difference in them being that unlike "Sakamoto Desu Ga?" which has no main plot, this anime does connect pretty well with the main storyline in every single episode.
This anime is absolutely a "MUST WATCH."
