Presenting to us a dark comedy filled with love and emotions that spew out from all the wrong and right sides, this anime is truly a masterpiece when it comes down to showcasing our emotions that are related to despair and pity. From a murderer who starts chasing a girl to kill her out of self-satisfaction and need to changing himself to protect her because of the warmth that he receives and the promise that binds them together, we cannot feel anything but pity for our protagonists whose pasts are revealed one by one making us succumb ourselves into the well of despair as we see them making an effort to get a step ahead on each floor.
Talking about floors, the setting of this anime is inside a building where we see our protagonists make an effort to climb one floor higher and a step closer to their freedom. Though the animation may not hold up as much, it still does a pretty good job at maintaining its steadiness, which in turn keeps us hooked up to watching it fully.
This anime is recommended for every "THRILLER" anime lover.
