We here meet Kinji who hates Butei, they are a organisation who are all over the world and they are something like police force that teaches and specializes students from young age to become a Butei Inspector.

However, there is a Butei Killer on the loose and he has been framing random people for the misdeeds that he has done and for the crimes that he has committed. This isn't something that is controlled by one person, rather it is a organisation that wants to destroy the main idea of Butei and extinct it. The reason why Kanji hates Butei is because long ago his brother was aboard a ship and this Butei killer set fire to it to kill this single person. His brother being brave and kind helped everyone on board to escape via lifeboats but the media still framed this lonely kind soul and never thanked him. Kinji soon decides to quit Butei when out of a sudden his life changes forever. He soon meets a girl named Aria who jumps off a high building when Kinji is next made the target of this insane killer who has planted a bomb in his bicycle. This morning act of a random girl jumping off a building and ending up with Kinji is something that will change his life forever. The main thing is that Kinji has a genetically inherited power which shifts him to Hysteria mode aka a mode where he becomes all gentle and charming whenever something perverted happens near him.

As the story progresses we see him becoming quite the harem king and as the season ends they have something again in store for us and in my opinion one should never watch it in dark. The ending of first season does show signs of second season as many things has not been cleared yet like, Who is Kana?, What or Who is the Butei Killer?

This anime is absolutely a "MUST WATCH."
