Nanba Prison said to be the strongest prison in the world is where the base of four lifelong friends is. They are the kind of person who have successfully escaped almost all the prison they have been to with a 100% successful rate. But the questions remains will the friends be able to pull off a escape in a kind of prison where the guards have god-like powers, with the best mechanism in the world and where everything is luxurious than many other prisons.
This is a prison which even after being the world’s largest, most anonymous and the best prison that the world has to offer is a kind of prison that gives its prisoners the best food, a cell with Air Conditioner, a healthy routine and a proper treatment. This basically is a prison where no prisoner would have problem staying in, but as the story goes our main character Jyougo was a guinea pig to a man with a scar on his neck and that same person gave him the reason to life and a motive to look forward to. It was this experiment of this cruel man which made Jyougo into a monster but at the same time also blessed him with lifelong friends. He now has a reason to protect and enjoy with them but things take unexpected turns during the New Year Tournament where he soon gets reminded of his past and meets a friend whose eyes were one sliced of by Jyougo himself during his monster form.
As the anime slowly draws to a ending we see that there is a hope of Second Season and also become mysterious about who this man with scar really is and what is his Elf doing in prison among the other inmates and guards.
This anime is recommended for every “PRISON” anime lover.
